Electricity suppliers will apply the discount to bills from 01st October 2022. This will be done by meter points, so it won’t matter if you switch supplier or move property.

The payment is added by the supplier you are with as of the 01st of every month. If any customers were incorrect in the property 01st of the month, Ovo will remove the payment from the incorrect customer's account and move it to the correct customer's account.
