Each supplier takes a data cut on the 01st of the month. The payment type the customer had on that date will be the method that Ovo attempts. For example if you are Direct Debit 01st of the month, Ovo attempts a refund. If you have since cancelled your Direct Debit, Ovo apply a credit to the meter instead.
