Ovo Energy aim to get a date/ time booked in on the same day the booking process is completed, however this is also dependent on current availability. Sometimes Ovo Energy need to send the booking to the scheduling team to have them confirm a date/time - this can take around 48 hours depending on resources. As soon as the date/time is confirmed, this information will be updated on the booking sheet and sent to Helpthemove daily.
