System Queries:

Helpthemove have a Support Team who will attempt to help you with any and all queries you have re. use of the system e.g. how to add a Landlord or a Property, how to add a ‘Move Out’ or ‘Move In’ submission, how to add Meter Readings or Serial Numbers.

Energy Queries:

Helpthemove work in direct partnership with SSE. For any queries relating directly to the energy supply / switch or SSE bills for properties that have been added to the Helpthemove platform we have a dedicated support team at SSE to help you.

Water or Council Tax Queries:

At Helpthemove we have a directory of contact details for UK Water Suppliers and Councils who we work with to ensure ‘change of tenancy’ notifications are acknowledged. Should you have a specific query relating to either Water or Council Tax we’d recommend getting in touch direct with the relevant organisation. 

If you don’t have the contact details for the organisation you’re trying to reach, please contact the Helpthemove Support Team and we’ll do our best to pass these on to you.

Payment Queries:

Helpthemove have a Support Team who will attempt to help you with any and all queries you have re. payments. Current Energy Supplier Queries:

If the current energy supplier is SSE and the query is related to a property you have added to the Helpthemove system, you can call the SSE Helpthemove Team. If the current energy supplier is not SSE and you don’t know who it is, you can find out who supplies the property by calling the regional distributors.
