All commission payments are made via faster payment on the 10th of each month once the balance owed reaches the £100 threshold. Please ensure your bank details have been provided to your Account Manager or the Helpthemove Support Team (support@helpthemove.co.uk) in advance to ensure timely payment.

When you first provide your bank details, we will make a £0.01 payment to the account and ask you to confirm receipt - this is to ensure we have your correct details before processing a full commission payment.

Remember, it may take a couple of months for your energy switch conversions to show revenue against your account. If you have further questions about this, let us know and we'll be happy to talk you through how this works.
