If you have the confirmed forwarding address for the vacating tenants then there is a step on the Move Out form where you an add this. It's useful to add it if you know it as it means that any final bills from the previous supplier can be sent to the correct address. If it is a new property to market, or the property was vacant at the point you were instructed as the managing agent for the property and you therefore don't have any details about the vacating tenant/s just leave this field blank or enter ‘New property to market – previous tenant information not known’.

If you are scheduling a Move Out for a future date (e.g. if the tenants are due to vacate in four weeks time) and you don't yet have the forwarding address detail but expect to receive them at a later date, you can always come back and add the details to the portal, on the Move page, when you have them.
