To use the Helpthemove service you are asked to provide personal information about your Landlords and Tenants e.g. name, addresses and contact details. It is therefore important for you to ensure that you've received the necessary consent from the Landlords or Tenants for you to provide their personal data to us;
You must notify us, as soon as possible, if any data subject:
requests that inaccurate data be amended; or
notifies you that they do not wish their data to be processed.
The extra confirmation requested at the point you add the Landlord or Tenant details to the portal is just to act as a reminder to you to ensure you have this before you add their details.
