If a Landlord does not want to use our services and decides they would like to stop service, in adherence with GDPR laws we therefore do not have the authority to be involved in any way with the property or Landlord unless they want to re-join the service again.

When a Landlord stop service's, you will see that the property will be greyed out on the portal, this means you cannot action a move out, move in or update the meter reads or forwarding address via our portal.
