A card or Gas RTI code can only be issued within 6 days before the Change of Supply date (COS) date, although if a COS card has already been sent, which automatically is sent to the property when the supply changes, then a new card or Gas RTI cannot be issued again until the day after the COS date.

No cards can be issued within 6 days of the COS leaving date either.
