Ovo Energy will have sent to code to the Paypoint retailer of your choice, it is advised that you need to top up the Gas card with £1 in order to retrieve the code from the Paypoint terminal. Once you get a receipt stating "RTI delivered", you must then top up £1 before entering the card into the meter in order to clear the debt.
