OVO Energy will have sent the RTI code to the Paypoint retailer's terminal of your choice. Each terminal can only hold 100 messages, in order to retrieve the code you will need to top up £1 onto a new Gas card. Once you get a receipt stating "RTI delivered", you must then top up a further £1. Insert the card into the meter to clear the outstanding debt.
