Data is used in ways the subjects would reasonably expect and there is a compelling justification for the processing.

Tenant processing is necessary to  ensure the essential billing and accounts information is transferred out of the name of landlords into the name of the new tenant.

Tenants should be provided with a fair processing notice to make them aware of how their data will be used. The fair processing notice must be given to the tenant before you send us their data. You can do this whenever you like but we have identified two key touch points which would be the ideal opportunity.
