A No Switch Move is when you have entered the property too late onto the portal in time to switch the energy at the property whilst it was vacant, and the property is now tenanted.

When you back date a Move Out, our portal will ask if the property is still vacant. If you select "yes" it will continue as normal, however if you select "no" this will trigger a pop up advising you that the energy at the property will not be switched but you can still use the portal to notify the current energy provider (if you know it) and the Council and Water supplier of the change of tenancy.
