The key collect service from OVO is ONLY available for ELECTRIC meter exchanges.

For GAS meter exchanges a responsible key holder must be present at the property.

Whilst the key collect request can be made, it is not guaranteed, it will depend on the engineers availability. However, as long as the engineer hasn't been delayed on other jobs and the collection is within radius every effort will be made to adhere to your request.
