Yes, if you’re quick. If you realise you’ve added incorrect information to the portal, the first thing to do is to use the buttons on the system to ‘cancel’ or ‘delete’ the entry you’ve just made. If these buttons are not visible, it’s because the information entered has already been submitted over to Ovo Energy. On these occasions, please report the error directly to the Helpthemove Support Team at support@helpthemove.co.uk or on 0161 399 0247.

In line with industry regulations, from the date of vacancy, all ‘Move Outs’ have a 3 working day cooling off period for gas and electric, before the energy switch process is completed and the supply start date becomes live.

During the cooling off period we are able to cancel the request to switch the property’s energy supply. After this period has passed, it is not possible for Helpthemove to intervene.
