Before you can add a Move In submission (containing the new tenant information), you must always have added the Landlord, Property and a Move Out first. A Move Out should be added if you know when the tenant is moving out or if the property is vacant at the point you receive it as part of your managed portfolio.

For a Move Out, if known, we also recommend that you provide the forwarding address for the tenant vacating the property. This means that any final bills from the previous supplier can be sent to the correct address. If it is a new property to market, rather than provide tenant details in the area for the previous tenant forwarding address, just enter ‘New property to market – previous tenant information not known’.
