Get started by adding Landlords and Properties for your managed property portfolio. Make sure you prioritise any properties that are currently vacant or soon to be vacant.

Once you add Landlords and Properties to the portal, you are basically set to go! From adding a Landlord, you can add a property under that Landlord's name (click here for more info) and then mark the property as vacant (click here for why we need to do a move out first and why we can only switch a property while it's vacant).
