What communication will my Landlord receive when I add them to the portal?

When you add a Landlord to the portal you will be asked to provide their email address and they will receive an email from us, covering the below.

The Variation of Terms email is the default option on the portal. This email updates your Landlord that you are using the Helpthemove service for the management of their property and reaffirms your authority as Managing Agent in terms of instructing an energy switch at the Landlord's property on their behalf. This is communicated by a standard variation to your terms of business (below). If the Landlord would rather you did not use the Helpthemove service for management of their property, they have 3 days from the date of the email to advise us via a link from the email. If they advise you direct, you must inform us immediately.
