You should add meter readings to the portal as soon as you have them. We'll ask you to provide meter readings when you add the Move Out (when the property bills will transfer to the landlord) and when you add the Move In (when the property bills will transfer to the tenant).
From the date of the Move there's a 5 working day window where our energy switch partner can accept meter readings. If readings aren't provided within this time-frame estimates will be used. This may cause inaccurate bills to be produced.
Remember, if you don't know the readings at the point you add the Move to the portal (for example, if you schedule it for a future date), you can always come back and add them at a later date as long as it's within the 5 working day window of the Move date.
