You can only delete a property from the portal if the property has no Moves registered against it. 

You can delete it by visiting the Property Page and selecting Delete from the Actions menu.

If the property has historical Moves but you want to delete it as you either no longer manage the property or have noticed a mistake in the property details, please report your request directly to the Helpthemove Support Team at support@helpthemove.co.uk or on 0161 399 0247 and we'll work with you to advise the best course of action.
