It takes approximately 5 working days for our energy partner to take over an electric supply to a property and it takes approximately 10 working days for our energy partner to take over a gas supply to a property. 

It is possible to cancel a request to switch the energy supply within the first 3 working days from the date of supply registration (i.e. from the date the energy partner starts the process to take the supply), so please advise us as soon as possible if you need a cancellation as the portal doesn't allow you to cancel a submission (move in or move out) once the date of the move in/out has passed.
